How we track cases
Each case shows one status, taken from the court or the investigating agency on the date shown, with every step sourced. Reputable news reports are used to date events and confirm them.
- Under investigation, charged, on trial, convicted, acquitted, discharged, withdrawn, closed, on appeal and annulled are recorded exactly as the record shows.
- Allegations are attributed to the agency or prosecutor that made them, and the person's public response is included where one was given.
- An allegation, investigation or charge is not a finding of guilt.
Corrections
Send the order, judgment or official notice that shows the correct position to corrections@graftcasetracker.org. Corrections are free. We never accept payment to change, add or remove a case.
